1. How much money am I likely to save on my treatments?
Typically you will save at least 40% of the comparable cost in the UK. You may be able to save a lot more, depending on the exact nature of the treatment. It very hard to be specific, but in general the more work you are having done, the greater the cost saving.

2. Your prices are so low, how can this be? What's the catch

Dental prices vary widely across the UK, and are mostly dependent on the cost of living. The biggest cost factor is the time the dentist spends. In the UK the average dentists earns £86,000. However, data from the NHS information centre shows that 159 dentists earned between £250,000 and £275,000, 113 earned between £275,000 and £300,000, and 382 earned more than £300,000. In Kiev the average wage is around £2000 a year, and your average dentist will make £20-40,000 a year, well under half of the UK average. The costs of support staff and technicians is dramatically lower, and we are able to pass these cost savings onto you.

5. What if I am unhappy with the treatment?
If you are in any way not satisfied with your treatment you can ask to be re-evaluated and your case will be personally evaluated by our dental director.

6. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

7. Do you accept dental insurance?
No, we do not work with dental plans. The dental plans are based on UK prices. We find that out customers save so much by having their treatments performed abroad, that the dental insurance cost makes no sense. Even with dental insurance in place, most policies have small limits, and will no cover the latest procedures and technology.

8. Where will the treatments take place
The treatment will all take place at our dedicated treatment facility in Kiev.

9. What is your facility like?
You can see pictures of the facility here. We have built out a brand-new purpose built facility that is state-of-the-art. By creating our facility, we can take advantage of the latest technology and equipment and ensure that all our procedures have the very best quality control. Our facility supports up to 20 dentist at any one time, ensuring that you will always have the best specialist in place for your treatment.

11. What are the risks?
With any medical procedure there are always risks. When visiting a foreign country these risks can also be magnified once you add in another language, different standards and quality, different training and education. We have taken all the pain away for your foreign visit. All our procedures are overseen by a UK or US trained dental director. All our procedures are performed to meet or enhance US or UK standards, and we use materials that your dentist in the UK will be familiar with.
In addition, our dental director monitors every aspect of our quality, ensuring that individual dentists in our program are meeting the quality standards that you deserve.

12. Are your treatments compatible with UK and North American standards?
Yes absolutely. We use industry standard implant technology from the worlds leading manufacturers. If you need additional treatment in the US, UK or in parts of Asia and Europe, you will most likely find dentist that will be familiar with the implant technology and procedures used.
